FORST Brewery was founded in 1857 in Forst/Lagundo, South Tyrol, where it is still located today. Over the years, FORST Brewery has become one of the leading breweries in Italy.

Its name is synonymous with tradition and a connection to nature, as reflected in the motto of the family that owns it, which has remained unchanged for five generations: “The highest quality in our beers, in harmony with nature, because quality respects nature, and beer is nature.”

At Birra FORST, we maintain the highest and most consistent standards of quality, from the selection of the finest ingredients to the brewing process, which begins in our new, state-of-the-art, environmentally friendly brewhouse and continues through the fermentation and aging departments, where traditional aging times are still observed today. This is how FORST’s specialty beers are produced.
