FORST Brewery was founded in 1857 in Forst\/Lagundo, South Tyrol, where it is still located today. Over the years, FORST Brewery has become one of the leading breweries in Italy. <\/p>\n

Its name is synonymous with tradition and a connection to nature, as reflected in the motto of the family that owns it, which has remained unchanged for five generations: \u201cThe highest quality in our beers, in harmony with nature, because quality respects nature, and beer is nature.\u201d<\/p>\n

At Birra FORST, we maintain the highest and most consistent standards of quality, from the selection of the finest ingredients to the brewing process, which begins in our new, state-of-the-art, environmentally friendly brewhouse and continues through the fermentation and aging departments, where traditional aging times are still observed today.
